Evolution Intakes are Injen Technology’s newest state of the art induction kits made of rotomolded cross linked high density polyethylene for superior quality and durability. Our diesel rotomolded intake boxes are intentionally designed to incorporate the largest dry filter on the market.  The SuperNano Web Fiber filter utilizes a micro fiber web on the surface, in order to capture air borne contaminants.  The new EVO air intakes come with stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers.  Best of all they install easily and increase the horsepower and torque over a stock air box. Evolution air induction systems are designed using the latest CMM Laser Scanning hardware and SolidWorks 3D CAD software. VW Golf 8 GTI 2.0L TSI 2022/- Injen Cold Air Intake De legendarische Volkswagen GTI is terug in 2022 met het volledig vernieuwde MK8-platform, en onze engineers konden niet wachten om ermee aan de slag te gaan. De GTI is opnieuw uitgerust met een 2.0L L4 turbomotor die af fabriek al indrukwekkend presteert, maar ons team wist dat je vrijwel meteen op zoek zou zijn naar meer vermogen en efficiëntie. Daarom ging de GTI onze R&D-afdeling in, zodat ons team het verborgen prestatiepotentieel kon benutten — met verbluffende resultaten. Het originele inlaatsysteem is vanuit de fabriek sterk beperkend en vermindert het vermogen doordat het de turbo verstikt. Ons nieuwe SP3000 short ram intake-systeem maakt het inlaattraject volledig vrij met grote, 3.500 inch mandrel-gebogen aluminium buizen, waardoor turbo en motor vrij kunnen ademen en de luchtstroom optimaal blijft om maximaal vermogen te leveren. De SP-serie cold air intakes is het vlaggenschip van Injen’s traditionele aluminium inlaatsystemen. Het produceert de kenmerkende Injen-inlaatklank die je zintuigen prikkelt zodra je de GTI open trekt en de turbo laat spoelen. De kern van dit systeem is de 3.500 inch inlaatbuis van premium 6061-T6 aluminium, die een soepele, ononderbroken luchtstroom biedt voor maximale efficiëntie en vermogen. Onze engineers hebben het systeem zorgvuldig ontworpen om veilige vermogenswinsten te leveren, gecombineerd met een strak uiterlijk dat indruk maakt zodra je de motorkap opent. Bovendien is er over de hele powerband een veilige lucht/brandstofverhouding behouden. Daarnaast wordt het SP3000 intake-systeem geleverd met Injen’s volledig onderhoudbare SuperNano-Web droogluchtfilter, met een groter filteroppervlak voor maximale luchtstroom en uitstekende filtratie. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, levert dit Injen SP-systeem vermogen dat je kunt horen én voelen. Op de dyno leverde het SP3000-systeem maar liefst +12 pk en +22 lb-ft (≈ 30 Nm) koppel op! Als je op zoek bent naar de kenmerkende Injen-inlaatklank met een agressieve, diepe toon die zijn gelijke niet kent, dan is de SP3000 precies wat je nodig hebt. Alles wordt volledig in-house ontwikkeld en geproduceerd in Pomona, Californië. Made in the USA!
